Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding mutual fund products and services.
Assist investors with account opening, transaction processing, and KYC documentation.
Provide accurate information about NAVs, fund performance, and investment options.
Handle complaints and resolve service-related issues within defined TATs.
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, RTA, Fund Managers) to resolve escalated issues.
Educate clients on digital tools, mobile apps, and self-service options.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Ensure compliance with SEBI and AMFI regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field. 15 Years Of Education Must
0–3 years of experience
knowledge of mutual fund
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems.
