Key Responsibilities:
Call and connect with leads generated via Facebook/Online Ads.
Verify the customer details politely (name, age, and issue).
Understand their health concerns by asking open-ended questions.
Build trust by listening, relating real-life patient examples, and offering guidance.
Avoid pushy sales; focus on helping first, product discussion later.
Handle objections with patience (e.g., trust issues with online products).
Maintain proper call records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order deliveries.

Good communication skills in Hindi + basic English.
