We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team at Data Lysi. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹29500 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment at client locations.
Perform hardware and software upgrades, including OS installation and application configuration.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for users, ensuring minimal downtime.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Handle preventive maintenance and routine system health checks.
Manage and update IT asset inventory and service logs.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and warranty claims.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Train end-users on basic troubleshooting and IT usage best practices.
Follow company policies and adhere to safety and security standards while working on-site.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of desktop/IT support experience (Freshers with strong technical skills can also apply).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
