About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting vehicle dealers, showrooms, and insurance agents to promote our company’s motor insurance services, build strong business relationships, and onboard them for regular business.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit two-wheeler and four-wheeler dealerships, sub-dealers, and insurance agents in Gorakhpur and nearby areas.

• Introduce and explain company services, motor insurance products, and benefits to potential partners.

• Onboard dealers/agents and activate them for regular motor insurance business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets by generating new business from dealerships and agents.

• Maintain healthy relationships with existing dealers/agents to ensure continuous business flow.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team regarding market trends and competition.

• Handle queries of dealers/agents and provide necessary support for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 1–2 years in field sales/insurance/automobile sales .

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Gorakhpur and nearby areas.

• Own two-wheeler and smartphone is mandatory.
