Responsibilities
Lead generation and client engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels and conduct market research to find selling opportunities.
Property viewings: Schedule and conduct site visits, open houses, and property viewings, presenting features and benefits to prospective buyers.
Sales and negotiation: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, while achieving monthly sales targets.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, offering professional advice, and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
Reporting and administration: Prepare and submit sales reports to management and assist with necessary documentation for transactions.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to coordinate sales strategies and ensure a smooth transaction process.
