Job Summary:
We are hiring a Field Insurance Claim Investigator to conduct on-ground investigations for health, accident, and life insurance claims. The role involves visiting hospitals, insured homes, and workplaces to verify facts, collect evidence, and prepare factual reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and verify claim authenticity

• Collect documents, photos, and witness statements

• Coordinate with hospitals, insured persons, and company teams

• Submit accurate reports within TAT

Requirements:

• Graduate with minimum 1 years of field experience

• Good communication and report writing skills

• Basic knowledge of medical or insurance terms preferred

• Two-wheeler with valid license required
