We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at S'cube Legal & Risk Consultants. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹27000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Banking. Key Responsibilities:

Managing field visit to customers and court

Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
