We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites. The role involves coordinating between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely completion, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per project plans.

• Act as the main point of contact between the site team, contractors, vendors, and management.

• Monitor work progress, timelines, and ensure adherence to project schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards at the site.

• Maintain accurate site records including attendance, material usage, and work reports.

• Supervise and support site staff, subcontractors, and laborers.

• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.

• Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory to avoid shortages or excess.

• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.

• Assist in client visits, site inspections, and handover processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Coordinator / Site Supervisor / Site Engineer (depending on industry).

• Strong knowledge of site management, construction processes, or relevant field operations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office and site management tools.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site coordination or supervision.
