We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Email & Chat Support Executive to become a valuable part of our team for Grass roots based in Bangalore, located at Domlur. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹24000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Chat support. Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
