What Is Expected from the Role?
· Handle inbound Chats& MAils to assist customers with their queries or concerns.
· No MTI or basic understanding – Clear and fluent speech essential .
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
· Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution of issues within TAT
(Turnaround Time).
· Document interactions accurately in the system.
· Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance benchmarks
