We are looking for a Email & Chat Process Executive to join our team at Vansh Pharmacy. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to customer service Care. The role offers ₹16500 - ₹34000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
