Lead and manage a small outreach and research team to meet weekly targets.
Identify and contact relevant US Police Departments and Public Information Offices.
Draft clear, professional, and legally sound FOIA request emails.
Track and manage all communications, responses, and pending requests using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Validate and organize incoming data for use in content production.
Collaborate with the content and video production teams to ensure data accuracy and storytelling quality.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards when dealing with sensitive or public domain materials.
Maintain updated documentation and reports for internal tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / B.E. (Mass Communication, Journalism, Law, or English is a plus).
2–4 years of experience in email-based communication, client outreach, or content research roles.
Proven experience in team leadership or project coordination.
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and data management systems.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail, organizational ability, and deadline orientation.
