Job Summary:
As an Email Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our email communication strategies. Your role will involve crafting, scheduling, and analyzing email campaigns to enhance our outreach efforts and engagement with both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns and communications.
· Create compelling email content tailored to different audience segments, including candidates, clients, and internal teams.
· Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall company objectives.
· Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.
· Maintain and update the email database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
· Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
· Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve email strategies.
· Handle troubleshooting of any issues related to email campaigns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
· Prepare regular reports on email campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or global talent acquisition environment.
