Job Description:
We are looking for Customer Support Executives for our Email + Chat Process at our Hebbal office. The role involves providing customer support via email and chat, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, particularly in email and chat communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and chat support.
• Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshooting solutions.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Strive to meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution quality.
• Escalate issues to higher support levels if necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Languages: Fluent in English and any South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or higher (no specific degree required).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (email/chat process preferred).
• Gender-Specific Shifts:
Female Candidates:
• Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Shift 2: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Male Candidates:
• Shift 1: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Shift 2: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Other Skills:
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
