Languages – English, Hindi (Mandatory) Should be Versant 5 certified in English
Experience – Experienced - 1 - 1.5 years
Qualification – Degree - Candidate should have completed 10 +2 +3 (In English Medium of Education)
LOB – Semi Voice – Inbound and Outbound Voice calls + Email Responses
Shift Timings – 10 AM to 7 PM, 11 AM to 8 PM and 1 PM to 10 PM (Rotational)
WOFF – Rotational
Designation – Process Executive
Salary Ranges: 15 – 20 K per month
Job Role – The Candidate should have experience in an E-Commerce environment handling inbound and outbound calls, receiving and responding to Customers' emails and Chats. Daily answering and processing of calls and outbound calls assigned. Ability to respond to emails sent by customers and escalate the same to the backend team to resolve or provide a solution to the matter/issue. In turn, corresponds with the customers informing them of the progress and resolution of the matter.
Awareness of the client’s business, operational activities, and processes, and flexibility to learn new procedures, concepts, and skills. Ability to develop and maintain documentation, escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
Minimise customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control, Keep process, technical, Operational and sales knowledge (of self) maintained/updated
