DRA Collection executive

We are hiring DRA Collection Executives for top banking clients like ICICI HFC, BOB, Axis Bank, HSBC, TCHFL.

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Handle recovery & collection as per bank/client policy

• Contact customers for overdue payments

• Maintain records and update systems daily

• Follow compliance & regulatory norms

Eligibility:

• HSC or Graduate

• Minimum 6 months of collection experience (on-paper)

• Valid DRA Certificate is mandatory

• Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Kannada preferred

Shift: Rotational Day Shift

Week Off: Rotational

Salary: Up to ₹27,000
