Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts and Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day service coordination, handle vendor communication, resolve queries, prepare basic quotations/equations, and assist with account-related tasks. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and the local language and be comfortable handling calls and emails professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to accounts and service
Coordinate with vendors and clients for service updates and issue resolution
Prepare and share basic quotations/equations as required
Handle service-related and billing queries efficiently
Draft and respond to emails professionally
Maintain accurate service and account records
Support the accounts team with documentation and coordination tasks
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain good client/vendor relations
Requirements:
Experience in service coordination or accounts support roles is preferred
Good communication skills in English and the local language
Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing processes is an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and coordination tools
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
