Job Description
You will work as a Customer Support Representative and make outbound calls to customers. Your job is to communicate with them, answer questions, and provide support.
Company & Location:
The job is with Silaris Informations Pvt. Ltd, located near Marathahalli Bridge in Bangalore.
Work Schedule:
You will work 6 days a week.
Monday is your weekly off.
Daily shift is from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Skills Required:
You must be able to speak both Kannada and English fluently, because you will talk to different types of customers.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Salary:
You will get a salary between ₹17,500 and ₹19,000 (CTC).
Interview Process:
There are 2 rounds of interviews.
You have to attend a walk-in interview in person (no telephonic or online interviews).
