Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

• Respond to queries, complaints, and feedback with a customer-first approach.

• Accurately log interactions and follow-ups in the system.

• Drive upsell opportunities and promote sales where applicable.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.

• Achieve KPIs such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: UG / Graduate / PG

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales roles.

• Strong communication in English & Hindi.

• Open to work for 6 days a week (rotational off), day shift only.

• Candidates must be willing to take part in both virtual and face-to-face interview rounds.

• Self-transport required (No cab provided).
