Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp related to thermal printers.
Provide after-sales support – troubleshooting, basic installation guidance, print quality issues, connectivity (Bluetooth/USB), etc.
Provide demo/usage videos or guides if needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Collect feedback to improve product and service quality.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and basic Hinglish (especially for Tier 2/3 customers).
Good understanding of thermal printers, Bluetooth connectivity, and mobile/PC integration (training will be provided).
Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business.
Prior experience in tech support or after-sales is a plus.
