Act as the first point of contact for customer queries related to ITR and GST.
Understand client requirements, and collect basic information/documents (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, Form 16).
Guide customers on how to use online tax filing portals or company platforms.
Help customers select the correct tax forms and filing categories.
Answer questions about filing status, refunds, due dates, penalties, etc.
Coordinate between the client and the CA/accounting team to ensure smooth filing.
Follow up with clients for pending documents or clarifications.
Track and update the status of filings, payments, or queries.
