Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle client issues across various locations in India, providing support on technical queries and issues related to Tally.

• Communicate with client dealers in multiple languages (Hindi, English, and Tamil) to address product or service-related concerns and offer accurate solutions.

• Assign appropriate Tally Partners to different dealers as per requirement.

• Maintain detailed logs of all client interactions (Onsite, Remote, or Telephonic) and share daily reports with the Reporting Manager.

• Ensure high-quality client support with minimal turnaround time and reduced escalations.

• Train end-users on Tally software, providing comprehensive knowledge on its features and functionalities.

• Log all support activities and updates in the internal CRM system.

• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and turnaround expectations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada,  and Tamil.(any three languages) Hindi Must

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.

• Tally knowledge or an accounting background is an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
