About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Voice Process) for our Bangalore location. This is a non-sales role in the BPO/ITES industry, primarily handling inbound calls (internal). If you are customer-focused, fluent in English and a regional language, and passionate about providing excellent service, wed love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound voice process queries from customers

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions over calls

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Follow standard operating procedures, call etiquettes, and company policies

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Tamil (any 2 languages mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Customer service orientation

• Freshers and experienced candidates (02 years) can apply

Job Location:

Bangalore (Kadugodi, Whitefield area)

Salary/Stipend Range: 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Shift & Work Details:

• 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)

• 6 days working, rotational weekly off

• Rotational shifts (24/7 environment)

• Company-arranged drop facility after 9:30 PM (within 15 km radius)

• Work continues on weekends, local & national holidays
