We are hiring for an International Voice Process in Malad, Mumbai. The role involves interacting with international customers over calls to resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent English communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, or technical issues.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently within defined timelines.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Document customer interactions and maintain call records in the system.
Follow company guidelines and meet performance metrics (quality, resolution rate, call handling time).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Education: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply (BPO experience preferred).
