Role Overview

Our company is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, walk-in visitors, and customer inquiries. This role combines front-desk reception duties with active telecalling to generate leads, book appointments, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken, organized, and comfortable using CRM and office tools.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk Management

· Greet and welcome visitors to the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.

· Maintain a neat, inviting, and tech-ready reception area.

· Manage visitor logbooks and appointment scheduling.

Telecalling & Lead Generation

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients from marketing databases and campaign leads.

· Introduce AI’s solutions (smart automation, AV, security) in a concise and engaging manner.

Fix appointments for in-showroom demos, client site visits, and project consultations

Experience: 1–3 years (Telecalling / Reception / Customer Service)

Skills: Excellent English & Kannada communication (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
