Timings: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) & 7:00 am – 1:00 pm (Saturday)
Salary:15K-35K
Summary: The Student Support Executive will be responsible for providing academic and operational support to students, ensuring timely assessment of assignments, smooth communication, and coordination between students and the Australian team. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Assignment Assessment: Review, assess, and provide feedback on student assignments in line with academic guidelines.
• Student Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for students, addressing queries, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth academic journey.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with the operations team in Australia to manage student-related activities, updates, and escalations.
• Process Management: Maintain accurate records of student progress, submissions, and communications.
• Support Services: Assist in organizing student-related activities, training sessions, and orientation programs as required.
• Communication Management: Ensure timely responses to student emails, queries, and follow-ups.
• Compliance: Adhere to institutional policies, academic integrity standards, and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in student support, academic coordination, or education services is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Willingness to work in coordination with international teams (Australian shifts as required).
