Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries related to Airtel Black services.
Communicate effectively in English, Tamil, Hindi,Telugu,Malayalam, Kannada,Marathi,Punjabi,Gujarathi
Provide accurate information, resolve billing/technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using the internal CRM.
Meet quality and performance metrics consistently.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada,Marathi,Punjabi,Gujarathi
Good listening and problem-solving ability.
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory (from any discipline).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
