As a **Customer Support Executive**, you will assist international customers through voice support and help resolve technical queries with empathy and professionalism.
🔧 **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle **international voice-based queries** related to PhonePe services and accounts.
* Provide **technical assistance** and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
* Ensure a **high level of customer satisfaction** through prompt and effective solutions.
* Log customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
* Escalate unresolved issues to internal technical teams.
* Achieve KPIs including **CSAT, FCR, and call quality**.
✅ **Candidate Requirements:**
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in **International Voice Process or Tech Support**.
* **Graduation** in any discipline is compulsory.
* Excellent **spoken and written English** communication skills.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to work in **rotational shifts and night shifts**.
* Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
