Job Opening: Associate Customer Support – Tech Mahindra (Ambattur, Chennai)
We are hiring Associate Customer Support Executives for Tech Mahindra at our Ambattur, Chennai location. This is an on-role, office-based position with no sales and no targets involved. The role focuses on handling customer queries in a professional and effective manner.
Handle inbound customer calls with clarity and professionalism.
Address and resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Achieve performance metrics like customer satisfaction and response accuracy.
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or telecaller roles.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Kannada.
Qualification: Open to candidates from any educational background.
Age Limit: Candidates must be below 30 years.
Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational week off.
Working Days: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational day off.
Work Mode: Work from Office (Ambattur, Chennai).
No bond or contract required.
Good communication skills are essential.
Immediate joiners only.
₹18,000 per month (₹16,000 take-home).
Days: Monday to Friday
Time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
