Position Overview

We are hiring for Voice Process Associate (L2) who can confidently handle customer calls, resolve queries, and maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries through voice calls

• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain call logs and follow process guidelines

• Deliver quality service and meet performance benchmarks

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) Pass

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

• Typing speed: 30 WPM + 90% accuracy

• No Flipkart interview in the past 3 months

• No planned leave for the first 3 months

Compensation

• Experienced: ₹16,200/month

• Fresher: ₹15,603/month

• Apprentice: ₹16,008/month
  Benefits: 100% fixed salary + pickup/drop for odd shifts
