We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive – Semi Voice to join our team. In this role, you will handle both voice (calls) and non-voice (email/chat) support, assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and complaints.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries.
Respond to customer queries via chat and email with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Meet performance targets (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction scores).
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
