JOB Description -
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide timely resolutions, and enhance customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently; escalate when needed
• Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, sales, product) to address complex queries
• Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous product/service improvement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and support best practices
• Support creation and refinement of support materials (FAQs, knowledge base)
