We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join Startek as Customer Support Associates. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.

• Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.

• Maintain customer records and update the system accurately.

• Follow process guidelines and meet daily/weekly targets.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers or candidates with BPO experience can apply.

• Good communication skills in English + regional language.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and clarity.
