Job Title: Recharge Support (GPS Tracker)

Language : Telugu / Marathi / Punjabi
Key Responsibilities:
Call existing customers to remind them about GPS tracker recharge due dates.
Assist with the recharge process and resolve payment-related queries.
Provide information about recharge plans and validity periods.
Maintain accurate logs of interactions and payment status.
Meet daily call and recharge targets while maintaining service quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th-grade education.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and at least one regional language (Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
