Role: Customer Support Associate
Location: Pranava One Building, Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Work from Office) — in the heart of the Central Business District, adjacent to Errum Manzil Metro Station

Date of Joining: 7th October (Latest)

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (30% freshers, 70% experienced ratio)

• Minimum 6 months of BPO customer service experience preferred (any domain)

• Graduate preferred; undergraduates also eligible

• Strong communication in English & Hindi (No MTI/RTI, Versant Level 5)

Salary:

• Experienced candidates: ₹21,000 in-hand

• Freshers: ₹16,000 in-hand

Shift & Work Details:

• 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs

• Female shift: 6 AM – 8 PM

• Male shift: 24/7 rotational

• Login hours: 10.5 hrs/day (9.5 hrs actual work)

• Training: 6 days at 9.5 hrs/day

• Note: No cab / transport facility provided
