Role Overview:
Provide support to customers. Handle queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken English (spoken/written), and knowledge of Hindi
Strong listening & people skills
High empathy and patience
Versant Level 5 skill set (with TIN mandatory)

Eligibility:
10+2 pass or graduate
Freshers allowed with company approval (preference to experience in Customer Support)
Willing to work 24x7 rotational shifts (incl. weekends)
9 hour shift (8 hrs working + one hour break)
Infra Requirement:
Personal laptop (Windows preferred), smartphone
High-speed internet + backup, Inverter (for power outages)
Training Period: 1 month with Stipend
