✅ Job Responsibilities:
• Make follow-up calls only to clients who have already registered and paid
• Guide clients on how to join online webinars/training sessions
• Help clients with travel assistance to our farm training center (if attending offline sessions)
• Coordinate and confirm attendance for regular online and offline trainings
• Maintain records of communication and ensure client satisfaction
• Work closely with the internal team to update client status

Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Marathi/Hindi/English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in telecalling/support is preferred but not mandatory
