About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. This role requires strong written communication skills, fast and accurate typing ability, and a willingness to provide excellent customer service. If you are a fresher or have up to 6 months of experience in support roles, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and support requests efficiently.
Communicate with customers primarily through written channels.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responses.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Freshers can apply; prior support experience is a plus.
Strong written English skills.
Typing speed: 45+ WPM with at least 90% accuracy.
Candidates living close to HSR Layout preferred (having own vehicle is a plus).
Commitment to stick with the role for the long term (frequent job hopping will be a red flag).
Immediate joiners preferred.
