We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our team and handle customer interactions through voice and chat channels for an international process. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls and chat professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.
6 months to 3 years of experience in an international voice/chat process (Technical Support or Upselling experience preferred).
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and 5 days a week.
Benefits:
