Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments, billing, insurance, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related queries.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using internal software systems.
Document all interactions and updates in the CRM and/or patient management systems.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Follow HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
Assist in resolving billing and insurance claims inquiries in coordination with the billing team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, policies, and procedures.
