Make outbound welcome/onboarding calls to newly registered customers or partners.
Handle inbound customer queries regarding trading accounts, transactions, or product offerings.
Provide accurate and timely information about services such as demat accounts, mutual funds, stock trading, etc.
Maintain daily call logs, customer interaction records, and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Meet daily/weekly call targets (connectivity and conversions).
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (RBI/SEBI guidelines) while dealing with customer data.
Promote additional services when applicable (cross-selling/up-selling).
Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, etc. based on location).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Good listening skills, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, call software).
Polite, clear, and confident tone over the phone.
