Role & Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via calls or emails.
Address customer queries promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and within service standards.
Provide stellar support by troubleshooting and ensuring that customer needs are met.
Maintain clear and comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
Provide a personalized experience for customers, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Stay updated on company products and services to provide the most accurate information to customers.
Meet and exceed the company's performance targets for AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), Quality and issue resolution.

Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) in English, Hindi, and any regional language.
