Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team at Medico Pilot Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team by handling incoming/outgoing calls, supporting students with their application process, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and prospects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to support sales and follow up with potential leads.
  
  

• Assist students in filling out application forms accurately.
  
  

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses and updates.
  
  

• Maintain and update student records and application status.
  
  

• Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
  
  

• Respond to basic queries and guide students with required documentation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
  
  

• Basic computer knowledge (excel , email, and data entry).
  
  

• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  
  

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  
  

Preferred Qualification:

•  SSLC ,PUC
  
  

• Any Graduates (freshers can apply).
  
  

• Experience in telecalling or student support is a plus.
