About the Role:

We are hiring for our UK-based outbound survey process. This is a non-sales, non-target voice process where executives conduct short surveys over the phone with UK customers. Ideal for candidates with good English communication skills and a willingness to work in a day shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK customers based on provided data

• Conduct short scripted surveys – no selling involved

• Record responses accurately and professionally

• Meet daily call volume and quality benchmarks

• Maintain professionalism and data confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Only Experienced candidates welcome

• Good English communication skills

• Willingness to work in a UK shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
