Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of patient visits and appointments.
Address and resolve customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and route them to the appropriate department when needed.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
