1. Handle customer queries and requests during incoming calls.
2. Upsell banking products such as:
3. Debit/Credit card upgrades
4. EMI conversions on credit card dues
5. Top-ups on existing loans (Home/Personal)
6. Insurance offerings
Job Details:
1. Work Type: Work from Office only
2. Shifts: 9 hours/day; 6 days/ week, with rotational weekly offs
3. Male: 24×7 rotational shifts
4. Female: Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM only
5. Dress Code:
6. Mon to Fri. — Formals
7. Sat & Sun – Semi-casuals
Candidate Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
2. Additional regional languages are a plus
3. No MTI or basic understanding – Clear and fluent speech essential
