About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, orders, and post-purchase communication for our health & wellness e-commerce brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Assist with order status, delivery updates, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs.
Support daily order tracking, RTO follow-ups, and return management.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / E-commerce Operations / Tele-calling.
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools).
Prior e-commerce experience preferred.
