Job Title: Customer Online Support Executive
Location: Goregaon West
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone for both D2C and B2B clients.
Provide accurate product information, order updates, and support after purchase.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent service standards.
Assist with tracking orders, handling returns, and collecting customer feedback.
Requirement:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
