Position: Airline Help Desk Staff
Location: KRIPL – Mumbai Office (Travel Division)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Shift: Night Shift (approx. 10:00 PM IST onwards)
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle customer service via phone, email, and chat.
● Assist with bookings, status updates, and reservation management.
● Provide information on airline policies and handle customer queries
empathetically.
● Collaborate with internal teams and manage CRM systems.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree; experience in customer service/airline industry preferred.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
● Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
