Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to membership renewals and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve assigned targets for renewals and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (telecalling, retention, or renewal domain preferred)
• Languages Required: Malayalam or Telugu (mandatory)
• Age Limit: 22 – 37 years

Work Details
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Shift Timings:
• Females: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Males: 12 PM – 9 PM

Compensation
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand (based on last drawn salary and experience)
